Knightmare: In death's shadow
08/01/13 || gk
Australian power metal band and this is not bad at all. Fine, they’re not doing anything new but the riffs and melodies are solid and the songs are all quite alright. The real surprise though is album closer and epic instrumental “Judgement” which starts with a violin and some keyboards but effectively shows off the band’s capabilities with some memorable soloing. All these guys really need now is a few rousing choruses and memorable vocal melodies. Could have done without the cheesy keyboard bits and could have used a few more catchy choruses but overall this is quite promising.
6/10: With some hope for the future.
After going thru that crap, you most likely wanna read something way more interesting. You do, admit it.
